Amazing car rental experience! I didn’t even meet the owner in person or visit the office, yet the service was absolutely top-notch. The vehicle was picked up right in front of the station and dropped off at the same place, which made everything super convenient. The entire process was completely hassle-free, smooth, and well-managed. I’m genuinely fully satisfied with the service and will definitely use it again in the future. I would strongly recommend this car rental service to everyone looking for a reliable and easy experience. Very good service overall! 👌🚗

I recently rented a car from AS CAR SERVICES, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The car provided was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It ran smoothly throughout my trip, giving me peace of mind and comfort. The entire rental process, from booking to return, was hassle-free, the person who came to drop and take the car was also very polite, and the customer service team was professional and helpful. I would highly recommend AS CAR SERVICES for anyone looking for a reliable and quality vehicle. Will definitely rent from them again!

I took Honda WRV for 2.5 days in Jul-24. The car delivered to me was very unclean which I got cleaned post a request. There was a lot of suspension noise and loose chrome fittings over tail gate, and a broken touch screen. Good thing is that I did not faced any mechanical breakdown which suggests that the servicing was done properly. So as a constructive feedback, I would say that please include a Rs. 2000 refundable security whenever you lend the vehicle and any breakdown from customer can be recovered from that security plus of course the insurance. This way company can better manage the vehicle aesthetically. Second good thing I really admire was the great customer support throughout the tenure no matter wherever you are in West Bengal. I did have called company multiple times and they did not hesitate at all in helping or guiding me at any time and coordinating. Infact, not just the team but the owner himself was very helpful and polite. Third good thing was the flexibility offered for pickup and drop in Kolkata. This may sound small but is really helpful when you are travelling with kids and luggage. I picked the car from railway station and drop at airport. This was cherry on top actually.🙂 Overall I am happy to take a car from here. Just a minor constructive feedback to make the experience fully delighted. Keep up the great work team. All the very best.
